Requirements

  • Full-time commitment to working in an Urgent Care service and a leadership role.
  • Proven clinical skills and experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
  • Well-developed communication skills in interactions with relevant clinical, administrative, and executive staff, patients and carers.
  • Ability to inspire and lead service change with clinical UCC staff.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
  • Fellowship of one or more of: Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Other College recognized by AMC.
  • Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine and Management.
