Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits and claims
Analyze problems and provide solutions
Research and resolve aged Customer Service calls
Operate in Health Care Processing System and various needed systems
Develop positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions
Document database activity for analysis
Identify inefficiencies within processes and suggest solutions
Maintain regular attendance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED
1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a call center
Knowledge of Health Benefits and eligibility preferred
Good communication and telephone skills
Proficient written communication
Moderate keyboarding skills
Proficient organizational and time management skills
Adaptability in a changing environment
Good judgement and negotiation abilities
Ability to learn and understand company’s end-user software
Ability to meet departmental service metrics
Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish preferred
