About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake’s sales objectives.
Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
Train sales force and provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos.
Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits.
Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, Regional activities, special events, and seminars.
Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
3+ years of Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience, required
Previous Outside Sales Experience, preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook), required
Knowledge of Web Applications, required
Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL, beneficial
Valid state driver's license required
