About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, and development
Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians
Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance
Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention
Monitor branch scheduling and ensure customer appointments are completed efficiently
Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded

Requirements

What you’ll need

Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
Maintain valid driver’s license
Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions
