About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, and development
- Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians
- Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance
- Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention
- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure customer appointments are completed efficiently
- Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (or GED)
- Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Maintain valid driver’s license
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
- Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions
- Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math, for calculations related to sales/service
