About the role
- Lead a group of Equipment and Process Technicians
- Attend various Equipments and Process daily issue
- Ensuring Preventive Maintenance schedule carry out by Technicians
- Required excellent communication skills for various inter department communications
- Suggest and executive Continuous Improvement on equipments down time or improve operational efficiency
- Attend various Daily Meeting
- Work load assigning base on production schedule for various equipment
- Respond to any escalation from technicians from unscheduled down time or process KPOV
- Montitor and respond to QC escalation from Test’s KPOV
- Respond and follow up on Quality Incidents on-hold and disposition
- Responsible to Technicians career path planning and performance designation
- Attend various training course for technical and soft skills
- Become Emergency Response Team member
- Conduct Fire Drill Evacuation Exercise
- Involve Management System Audit
Requirements
- Degree in various Engineering Degree Preferred
- Knowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage
- Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control will be added advantage
