About the role

  • Collaborate closely with sales, cross-functional teams, channel partners, and key account customers to localize global marketing/campaign strategies with ANZ market in mind
  • Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and increase product sales in ANZ market
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives and target audience preferences
  • Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms
  • Collaborate with the global/regional marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and adapt global campaigns for ANZ market
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for key accounts and support their efforts to increase market share and shelf space
  • Ensure compliance with local advertising regulations and brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns in consumer products
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
