About the role
- Design, configure and implement Workday functions for improving HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts on system design decisions and user experience.
- Manage Workday configuration for Absence/Compensation/Benefits/Performance Management/Talent Management/Security.
- Ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines.
- Support Development team in translating vendor specifications and maintaining simple Integration configuration.
- Conduct and facilitate UAT and augmenting test scenarios for successful solution implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field and/or 3+ years of recent experience working with Workday.
- Hands-on configuration experience for Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Basic Project Management skills.
