About the role
- Lead cross-functional efforts tied to strategic business initiatives and drive execution success with projects across our people portfolio.
- Facilitate the end-to-end translation of strategic priorities into scoped project plans, mapping stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline people processes and systems.
- Define and track success metrics and proactively manage risks.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve scalable frameworks that support a diverse portfolio of people priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in people operations, program/project management, and/or change consulting within global, high-tech, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through strategic initiatives.
- Agile and adaptable with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Clear and compelling communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement.
- Experience with program management tools and systems for tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
