About the role

  • Lead cross-functional efforts tied to strategic business initiatives and drive execution success with projects across our people portfolio.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end translation of strategic priorities into scoped project plans, mapping stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline people processes and systems.
  • Define and track success metrics and proactively manage risks.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve scalable frameworks that support a diverse portfolio of people priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in people operations, program/project management, and/or change consulting within global, high-tech, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through strategic initiatives.
  • Agile and adaptable with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Experience with program management tools and systems for tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
