About the role
- Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps.
- Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs.
- Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans.
- Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
- Experience with supplier negotiations and global strategies
- Advanced negotiation and contracting skills
- Market intelligence, cost modeling, analytics
- Supplier relationship management at executive level
- Strong financial acumen
