Key responsibilities & impact

The BC Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) implementation and related projects.
Ensure that the scope, resources and budget constraints are balanced.
Create the project management plan and coordinate with the project Solution Architect.
Monitor the project budget and hours allocations, making any adjustments as needed.
Organize and facilitate project committee meetings and client meetings.
Manage issues and escalations on projects, always demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Project Management experience including all aspects of project lifecycle execution.
Proven experience leading successful full lifecycle Dynamics ERP Implementations
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and WC team members.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on Business Central.
Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform.
