Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for identifying a target market for new business
developing and establishing a book of new business from relationships
negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of loans in compliance with Bank’s lending policies
assisting clients with deposit related products and services
gathering and analyzing client information to recommend appropriate deposit solutions
compiling and analyzing market research data
engaging in business development activities and solicitation of new business
collaborating with treasury partner for seamless client experiences
maintaining customer database including calls and results
interviewing prospective applicants and requesting information related to loan or credit applications
performing basic pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk
presenting financing requests to senior management
solving problems relative to processing and servicing of loans

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced knowledge in all facets of relationship management
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
May require up to 50% travel
