Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates closely with Borrowers, Loan Officers, and internal Loan Operations team
Manages loan closing activities for new Commercial Real Estate loans
Actively works on obtaining post-closing conditions
Reviews and understands loan terms and conditions
Analyzes transaction types for due diligence
Initiates customer contact for outstanding due diligence items
Directs internal Loan Support Group or outside counsel
Facilitates loan closing and reconciles all fees and expenses

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field
High school diploma required
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
Knowledge of one or more loan types
Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
