Preferred Banking Manager – Branch Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead and coach a team responsible for executing the full client life cycle for clients
- promote and exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions
- lead a team responsible for responding to and resolving client requests and providing expert advice and guidance for clients utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, commercial, and personal accounts
- work with internal departments and resources to drive client satisfaction
- ensure the team completes department training and demonstrates competency to augment their banking knowledge
- monitor individual team member performance to support their career progression
- create and execute strategic business initiatives driven by data analytics under the direction of the Preferred Banking Director
- oversee and manage distribution of work for the designated team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations or similar field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with a good working knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications
- Advanced experience in deposits and treasury management products
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- May require up to 25% travel
