About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage the complete lifecycle of the assigned suite of banking products
assist with developing and executing the Bank's Product strategy and roadmap
provide hands-on, product-level leadership needed to realize concepts and potential key innovations
lead a team of Product Analysts to perform or coordinate the work from product concept and business case analysis to technical development
complete market research to monitor trends and develop reports for key stakeholders
partner with the Product Management leadership to execute the Bank's strategic plan
support the product lifecycle process and executing their work within the department's standards
lead the research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products
ensure the product suite's success in managing product health and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Previous leadership experience required
Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics
Market specific awareness
Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Occasional travel required
