About the role
- Be a trusted finance partner to managers within specified business line(s)
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial planning and analysis process
- Lead in providing annual budget and monthly forecast cycles
- Conduct periodic management reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Investigate and resolve variances, recommending corrective actions
- Support assigned lines of business with Financial Planning and Analysis processes
- Analyze trends in data and present findings
- Develop financial performance reports by transforming data into actionable metrics
- Maintain control of management reporting data and produce reports on the SharePoint site
- Collaborate effectively with Accounting and Financial systems teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated financial modeling skills required
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or SAS preferred
- Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools preferred (e.g., Tableau)
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
