About the role

  • Be a trusted finance partner to managers within specified business line(s)
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial planning and analysis process
  • Lead in providing annual budget and monthly forecast cycles
  • Conduct periodic management reporting and ad hoc analysis
  • Investigate and resolve variances, recommending corrective actions
  • Support assigned lines of business with Financial Planning and Analysis processes
  • Analyze trends in data and present findings
  • Develop financial performance reports by transforming data into actionable metrics
  • Maintain control of management reporting data and produce reports on the SharePoint site
  • Collaborate effectively with Accounting and Financial systems teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated financial modeling skills required
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or SAS preferred
  • Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools preferred (e.g., Tableau)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
