About the role
- manage the full client lifecycle for clients utilizing products and services from the Treasury Management suite
- oversee the onboarding of new relationships, including account setup and treasury management products
- provide client training, expert guidance on treasury management solutions, and advisement on bank products
- meet service level customer service standards
- manage complete client lifecycle stages to achieve quality, scope, and schedule
- provide technical support and assistance to clients
- perform activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures
- work on projects and initiatives focused on improving client experience and operational efficiency
- build strong working relationships and act as a liaison between clients, relationship management, and TM Sales
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Finance (GL Mgmt., Public Reporting, Analysis), Financial Analysis or similar field
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Entry level to intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
