Customer Service Representative, Receptionist
Westcor Land Title Insurance Company®Customer Service Representative providing effective service to internal and external customers. Covering reception duties and performing administrative tasks as needed in a title insurance company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members within the various departments.
- Cover front switchboard in backup capacity during breaks, lunch hour, and various other times as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks for employees.
- Primary Point of Contact for customers and vendors.
- Perform multiple customer service duties for the general public, licensed agents/employees, lenders, or other agencies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior Banking or Title experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving/Analysis.
- Time Management.
- Communication Proficiency.
- Teamwork Orientation.
- Works well independently.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills – Experience with Microsoft Excel.
