About the role

  • Assist with a variety of customer service and administrative duties related to receiving and reviewing agent escrow account reconciliations and accounting records
  • Monitor reconciliation email inbox for reconciliations received
  • Print and prepare the reconciliations received for review by pulling corresponding bank account folders
  • Communicating with clients, including requesting missing information related to the reconciliations
  • Reconciling the agent’s escrow accounting software to their bank statements and creating finalized reconciliation reports
  • Handle emails and phone calls at a fast pace with the utmost customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bookkeeping or banking experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with escrow accounting software is recommended
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or banking
