Product Designer

• Lead the learning experience design process and course development team in developing learner centric materials and experiences
• Collaborate with academic leaders, educators, subject experts, and professionals to assist in the development of curricula and learning resources
• Transform course vision into engaging instructional strategies and resources
• Design and develop instructional content to include the refinement of learning objectives, sequencing of materials, creation of assessments, and activity design
• Apply instructional design, eLearning Principles, adult learning theory, and game-based learning to curriculum designs, ensuring students have Contextualized, Applied, Practical, Relative, and Inclusive (CAPRI) learning experiences
• Build engaging, learner centric courses in the learning management system
• Set achievable timelines for curriculum objectives with course development team and meet development milestones for course launches
• Develop digital resources to enhance classroom learning
• Assist in preparing supplementary guides for teachers and students
• Utilize feedback from students, faculty, and academic leaders and performance data for curriculum refinement and documenting necessary changes to curricula
• Assist in setting up surveys, exams, and assessments to gauge curriculum effectiveness
• Stay current with designated program portfolios and abreast of instructional design, learning sciences, and educational technology trends
• Perform other assigned tasks as required
