About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and efficiently operate all aspects of the site's infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures
  • Provide support for facility IT systems and end users, including shop floor systems, MES, ERP, servers, LAN/WAN equipment, desktops, laptops, communication, and collaboration systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution
  • Collaborate with regional and global Digital and Transformation teams to maintain the service catalogue and service level agreements
  • Participate in local, regional, and global Digital and Transformation projects
  • Coordinate project rollouts at the local site level
  • Use Service Management tools to track workloads
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
  • Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding IT security
  • Comply with regulations, policies, procedures, safety rules, environmental health and safety requirements, and the corporate Code of Conduct
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and/or IT operations, ideally in a regulatory manufacturing environment
  • Experience collaborating within international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
  • Openness to change and preparedness to drive change
  • Required language: English
  • Desktop support, including MS Office Suite
  • MS Windows Server administration
  • Network technologies/protocols and administration
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to comply with company safety and quality policies
  • Ability to comply with relevant SOPs and regulatory requirements, including cGMP, Computer System Validation, and 21 CFR Part 11
  • ITIL Foundations v3 preferred
  • Willingness/ability to travel up to 10%, up to 26 business days per year
  • Ability to perform light exertion involving up to 20 lbs/9 kg
  • Where permitted by law, satisfactory completion of background screening is required for employment
