About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and implementation of SAP HR Applications
- Work closely with process team to understand business requirements
- Code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to development standards and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with other sites to ensure best practices are used
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 6-9 years relevant experience in design, development and implementation of SAP applications
- Strong experience in ABAP, OO programming, HR workflows and extensions, forms, HR Reports
- Knowledge of OData and CDS View enhancements
- Experience in Agile development methodology
- Excellent analytical, logical problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
