About the role

  • Be responsible for payroll processes, onboarding, terminations, vacation administration, timekeeping control, and other tasks related to personnel administration.
  • Prioritize activities according to the calendar for delivering legal obligations (tax and reporting) related to people management.
  • Monitor termination homologation processes.
  • Monitor the correct application of labor legislation and its changes related to personnel administration.
  • Monitor collective bargaining agreement decisions, and manage union dues and contributions.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records.
  • Ensure that all departmental records and process evidence comply with legal rules and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing required information and documents to demonstrate the department's compliance.
  • Prepare and provide documents necessary for preventing and defending labor claims, and participate as the company's representative in labor hearings if required.
  • Support the preparation of the Social Security Work Profile (Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário - PPP) for active and inactive employees.
  • Support the administration of the company's benefits programs by issuing reports and providing information to employees and relevant departments.
  • Generate and review reports related to benefits integrated with payroll.
  • Assist in the administration of temporary employees, including agency payments and contract control.
  • Assist with contribution campaigns to entities assisted by the company.
  • Collaborate with management on other activities related to the area.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information under your responsibility.
  • Ensure the care and integrity of equipment and tools under your responsibility and report any irregularities to supervisors.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Ensure workplace safety.
  • Know and act in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Policy.
  • Observe, comply with, and enforce Internal Safety Rules.
  • Observe, comply with, and enforce the duties related to your role as described in your area's Procedures and Work Instructions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in personnel administration.
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing companies.
  • Knowledge of processes in other countries — Argentina and Colombia — is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to work onsite three days per week at our factory in Diadema/SP.
