About the role
- Strategic responsibility for developing and implementing new LEAN management concepts and ideas, and for driving the LEAN mindset toward set objectives
- Personnel responsibility and development for employees reporting to the Lean area
- Independently conduct process analyses, data collection and evaluation of relevant KPIs, and develop tools and templates for process improvement and workflow optimization
- Continuous improvement of work processes in close cooperation with other departments, advising on process optimization issues and supporting implementation
- Lead and coordinate the company’s suggestion scheme (employee suggestion system)
- Design and deliver workshops and training at all hierarchy levels
- Conduct internal audits and support during external audits
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a production environment and in LEAN, with experience in common LEAN tools
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Methodical and structured working style, resilience and team orientation
