About the role
- Offer employee and labor relations counseling services to HR business partners and management
- Manage the policy review and update process for HR globally
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- Identify areas for improvement and provide expert advice to management on employee conduct
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant business, legal, or human resources discipline or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 8 years HR experience in Human Resources with at least 4 years in Employee & Labor Relations
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Experience working for international, cross-functional company preferred
