About the role
- Supports thought partnership and the design of learning experiences that anchor West’s efforts to develop team members, managers and leaders, and enable them to deliver their best contributions.
- Collaborates with other internal consultants that design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences.
- Manages design and facilitation of learning experiences and supports the development of the EXD and HR teams facilitation skills.
- Provides solutions and consultation on a range of topics, including workforce planning, performance enablement, leadership development, career and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience with leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and change management
- 3-5 years facilitation experience with various group sizes, both virtually (TEAMS) and in person.
