Key responsibilities & impact

Establishes relationships with clinical sites and preceptors and documents preceptor availability to support future clinical placements for students.
Executes clinical affiliation agreements and documents onboarding information for new partnerships.
Negotiates placement for specific students as needed.
Analyzes student data to determine specific development needs and creates business development plans to address gaps.
Increases preceptor pool to meet program and geographic specific development goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Utilization of technology of documentation and communication
Experience with networking/relationship management
Knowledge of medical community and established relationships with its professional members
Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, including regulatory standards
