Underwriting Technician IV

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and procedures to support service level standards.
- Review and clear accounts for new customers and process policy change requests that do not require underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy service.
- Maintain a strong customer service orientation in all tasks and communications.
- Adapt to and support ongoing changes in technology, systems, and workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of insurance related experience
- Knowledge of personal computers
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
