About the role

  • Engage with the sales team and Wesper customers for clinic onboarding and clinical support
  • Support revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clinical teams in key markets
  • Develop and maintain account relationships and account management
  • Coordinate potential customer product evaluations and demonstrations
  • Act as the clinical “subject matter expert” for the Facility/HealthCare provider and staff
  • Travel and meet with existing and potential clients
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints with urgency
  • Assist in giving clinical presentations and provide support at trade shows, seminars and/or outside symposiums
  • Understand national, regional and territory sales objectives and quotas with Regional Sales Managers
  • Maintain Salesforce and other platforms accurately

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Two years minimum of CRM or Salesforce experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years’ work experience in medical device or related field; Sleep preferred
  • Hospital/clinic-based support preferred
  • Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high-volume workload
  • Understanding of clinical reimbursement and managed care policies is preferred
  • Proficiency in building presentations and using Google Workspace tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities beyond core duties
  • Works well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
