About the role

  • Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements
  • Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages
  • Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision
  • Maintain candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets
  • Track and report on core hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source performance

Requirements

  • 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsourced/outstaff company
  • Good understanding of the IT Market
  • Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America
  • Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
  • Confident user of Google Sheets/Excel/Docs for tracking and reporting
  • Attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to handle 2-3 vacancies at once
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
