About the role

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
  • Submit bids using approved templates and positioning
  • Customize bids when required to improve relevance
  • Evaluate incoming job posts for relevance, budget signals, and scope realism
  • Create initial lead records in CRM (Pipedrive) when a client replies
  • Work closely with Sales / SDR team and share feedback on lead quality

Requirements

  • Experience with Upwork lead generation
  • Understanding of Upwork job search and filtering
  • Ability to evaluate project relevance and deal with potential
  • Strong written English
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus).
