About the role
- Handle all incoming client responses on assigned Upwork profiles
- Maintain fast and consistent response times
- Qualify leads via chat and calls
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
- Shape scope, budget ranges, and next steps
- Close deals or move leads into structured follow-ups
- Own the performance of assigned Upwork profiles
- Monitor profile metrics (views, invitations, response rate, lead quality)
- Initiate and collect client reviews
- Maintain accurate deal stages in CRM (Pipedrive)
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within software development company (B2B).
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, CRM, and lead qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to coach and develop a sales team for high performance.
- English fluency (С1), both written and spoken.
