About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual outpatient therapy
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to CST staff, including QPs and Associate Professionals
- Facilitate and lead weekly CST team meetings
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with NC Medicaid, LME/MCO, and agency standards
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical quality
- Support staff with crisis response planning and interventions
- Review and approve person-centered plans and service documentation
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Collaborate with community providers, referral sources, and natural supports
- Participate in audits and ensure readiness for compliance reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
- Fully licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LCMHCA, LCSWA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with adults or children with mental health and/or substance use needs
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NC Medicaid CST service definitions and documentation standards
