About the role

  • Provide individual outpatient therapy
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to CST staff, including QPs and Associate Professionals
  • Facilitate and lead weekly CST team meetings
  • Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with NC Medicaid, LME/MCO, and agency standards
  • Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical quality
  • Support staff with crisis response planning and interventions
  • Review and approve person-centered plans and service documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Collaborate with community providers, referral sources, and natural supports
  • Participate in audits and ensure readiness for compliance reviews

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
  • Fully licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LCMHCA, LCSWA preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with adults or children with mental health and/or substance use needs
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of NC Medicaid CST service definitions and documentation standards
