About the role

  • Develop, implement and integrate ERP applications.
  • Design IT solutions in close collaboration with business units as well as internal and external IT experts.
  • Act as an ERP power user in 3rd-level support to resolve issues.
  • Continuously contribute to the optimization of our business processes and information architecture.
  • Be responsible for and conduct local user training and support.
  • Support a variety of IT projects.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, completed relevant vocational training (e.g., as an IT specialist) or a comparable qualification with an IT focus
  • Ideally, professional experience in a comparable role
  • Knowledge of production-oriented ERP systems, SQL and C# is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
