About the role

  • Create and lead strategies and associated plans to drive business performance across the product portfolio(s).
  • Gain end user insights through a suite of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
  • Stay focused on budgeted revenue and profitability targets and develop plans to grow market share.
  • Development of overall product portfolio strategy to include new product development roadmap, management of existing product portfolio, pricing strategy, and product launch execution.
  • Drive development of channel and customer strategies in concert with sales and channel management.
  • Develop a command of the P&L, key business metrics, and the levers that drive performance.
  • Lead cross-functional team members and peers to achieve buy-in and drive execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ years management experience marketing a product line of consumer durables through multiple sales channels.
  • A solid track record with proven results in new product development and product line management
  • MUST have experience with durable goods
  • Advanced level skills using MS Office products including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience incorporating AI into workplace efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • People management skills (direct and/or indirect)
