About the role
- Create and lead strategies and associated plans to drive business performance across the product portfolio(s).
- Gain end user insights through a suite of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
- Stay focused on budgeted revenue and profitability targets and develop plans to grow market share.
- Development of overall product portfolio strategy to include new product development roadmap, management of existing product portfolio, pricing strategy, and product launch execution.
- Drive development of channel and customer strategies in concert with sales and channel management.
- Develop a command of the P&L, key business metrics, and the levers that drive performance.
- Lead cross-functional team members and peers to achieve buy-in and drive execution of key initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 6+ years management experience marketing a product line of consumer durables through multiple sales channels.
- A solid track record with proven results in new product development and product line management
- MUST have experience with durable goods
- Advanced level skills using MS Office products including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience incorporating AI into workplace efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Project Management experience (preferred)
- People management skills (direct and/or indirect)
