Business Analyst

• Hybrid position in the Global IT Department performing business analysis and project management duties with a focus on business Intelligence and data analysis projects.
• Requires a minimum of two in-office days per week; up to three days remote.
• Engages with internal clients to define project objectives and map requirements.
• Creates aligned business cases for project concepts and gains stakeholder approval to begin project work.
• Maps baselined requirements to project objectives and leads a team to deliver projects.
• Creates value-added project deliverables based on stakeholder and leadership review.
• End-to-end delivery with geographically dispersed teams including architects, QA & testers.
• Executes projects within timeline, scope, budget and quality; develops objectives and plans.
• Performs project management processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, close, including scope, cost, time, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
• Closes the project and formalizes acceptance; ensures benefits realization.
• Communicates with project teams, management, customers, and stakeholders; uses governance processes.
• Monitors and manages project baselines to ensure activities occur as planned and variances are managed.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills; shows intellectual curiosity to understand end-to-end business processes.
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of BI/data analytics experience.
