About the role
- Hybrid position in the Global IT Department performing business analysis and project management duties with a focus on business Intelligence and data analysis projects.
- Requires a minimum of two in-office days per week; up to three days remote.
- Engages with internal clients to define project objectives and map requirements.
- Creates aligned business cases for project concepts and gains stakeholder approval to begin project work.
- Maps baselined requirements to project objectives and leads a team to deliver projects.
- Creates value-added project deliverables based on stakeholder and leadership review.
- End-to-end delivery with geographically dispersed teams including architects, QA & testers.
- Executes projects within timeline, scope, budget and quality; develops objectives and plans.
- Performs project management processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, close, including scope, cost, time, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
- Closes the project and formalizes acceptance; ensures benefits realization.
- Communicates with project teams, management, customers, and stakeholders; uses governance processes.
- Monitors and manages project baselines to ensure activities occur as planned and variances are managed.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills; shows intellectual curiosity to understand end-to-end business processes.
- The role requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of BI/data analytics experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, or Computer Engineering and three years of experience with business intelligence or data analytics in a corporate IT environment
