About the role

  • Support for our tradespeople candidates – You act as the main point of contact for our candidates and guide them from first contact through to successful placement with our partner companies, especially on weekends.
  • Individual support – You capture the wishes and requirements of the tradespeople and ensure a smooth application and onboarding process.
  • Onboarding that delights – You help make the entry into our partner companies as simple and pleasant as possible.
  • Proactive communication – You maintain regular contact with candidates and ensure they are well informed throughout the entire process.
  • Feedback management – You collect feedback from tradespeople and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Interface between candidates and teams – You work closely with internal departments such as Candidate Excellence Management and Account Management.
  • Efficient data maintenance – You document relevant candidate information and keep our systems up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and empathy – You are outgoing and able to understand the needs of our tradespeople.
  • Customer focus – You care about a positive candidate experience and work in a service-oriented manner.
  • Reliability & organizational skills – You are an important support for our team, especially on weekends.
  • Initiative and solution orientation – You take proactive action and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Digital affinity – You are comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, Slack and Zoom.
  • Team player – You enjoy working with others and actively contribute to the team.
  • Willingness to learn – Even without prior experience, you can get started quickly through coaching and mentoring.
  • German language skills at C2 level.
