About the role

  • Support for our tradespeople – You are the first point of contact and guide our candidates from the initial contact through to successful integration with our partner companies.
  • Individual support – You capture the wishes and requirements of the tradespeople and ensure a smooth application process.
  • Onboarding that excites – You make sure that starting at our partner companies is as easy and pleasant as possible for the tradespeople.
  • Proactive communication – You maintain regular contact with candidates and ensure they are well informed and supported throughout the entire process.
  • Feedback management – You actively collect feedback from tradespeople and partner companies to continuously improve our processes.
  • Interface between candidates and teams – You work closely with internal departments such as Candidate Excellence Management and Account Management to deliver the best possible candidate experience.
  • Efficient data maintenance – You record all important candidate information and keep relevant metrics up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and empathy – You are outgoing and can empathize with the needs of our care workers.
  • Customer orientation – You are committed to creating a great candidate experience and go the extra mile for our tradespeople.
  • Organizational skills – You are structured and keep an overview even when handling many tasks in parallel.
  • Initiative and solution orientation – You act proactively, find creative solutions, and contribute to improving our processes.
  • Digital affinity – You are comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, Slack, and Zoom, and you learn new systems quickly.
  • Team player – You enjoy collaborating with others and actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Willingness to learn – Even without professional experience in this area, you can get up to speed quickly through our coaching and mentoring programs.
  • German language skills at C2 level, demonstrated in your CV or by appropriate certificates.
