Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection for technology roles
Ability to understand technical job requirements
Conducting structured interviews
Objective analysis and decision-making based on defined criteria
Clear and professional communication
Organization and simultaneous management of multiple processes
Adherence to Werecruiter's consultative approach
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (preferred)
Knowledge of behavioral assessment (preferred)
Experience with active hunting and Boolean search (preferred)
Experience in consultative recruitment or R&S (Recruitment & Selection) BPO (preferred)
Analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment metrics (preferred)
