About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical and cultural alignment of the role with the client
- Strategic structuring and posting of the job opening

Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection for technology roles
- Ability to understand technical job requirements
- Conducting structured interviews
- Objective analysis and decision-making based on defined criteria
- Clear and professional communication
- Organization and simultaneous management of multiple processes
- Adherence to Werecruiter's consultative approach
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment (preferred)
- Experience with active hunting and Boolean search (preferred)
- Experience in consultative recruitment or R&S (Recruitment & Selection) BPO (preferred)
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment metrics (preferred)
- Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience (preferred)
- Interest in technology, data, and HR innovation (preferred)
