Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements from clients.
Implement, parameterize, and configure eSocial solutions.
Ensure integration between eSocial and payroll systems.
Provide technical and functional support during implementations.
Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.
Act in a consultative manner, advising clients on best practices.
Deliver training sessions for solution users.
Prepare support materials, manuals, and documentation.
Monitor the submission of events to eSocial.
Validate transmissions and identify inconsistencies.
Support clients during audits and report generation.
Keep up to date with changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation.
Adapt configurations according to legal changes.
Collaborate with development teams on solution enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve client processes.
Contribute to documentation of best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience as an Implementation Analyst or Consultant for Human Capital Management solutions.
Experience implementing and parameterizing eSocial solutions.
Experience with the SPED project, especially eSocial and EFD-Reinf.
Experience gathering requirements from clients.
Experience documenting requirements.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with relational databases.
Availability to travel is required.
