About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop full-stack features using modern technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, React and Mantine)
Implement APIs and integrations for new features
Build user interfaces using React and reusable components
Use AI tools to support development
Participate in squad rituals and ceremonies
Write and maintain automated tests
Ensure delivery quality through development best practices
Participate in code reviews led by Tech Leads
Collaborate with the team on continuous evolution of digital products
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Experience in Full-Stack development
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
Experience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Experience with AI tools applied to software development (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
Knowledge of version control (Git) and experience working in development teams using collaborative best practices
Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo, SP
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience developing software using agile methodologies
Experience with automated testing and front-end/back-end integration
Experience working in multidisciplinary squads and developing medium- to high-complexity digital products
Knowledge of component libraries and Design Systems
Experience in digital transformation projects
Experience in companies in the technology or education sectors
Ease of learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and frameworks
