About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical build of a B2B digital platform from scratch;
Define architecture aligned with the CNA One ecosystem;
Develop and review code using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and React;
Establish development, architecture, and technical documentation standards;
Create and maintain ADRs (Architecture Decision Records);
Structure CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies;
Ensure a spec-first approach before large-scale implementation;
Use AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development with rigorous human validation;
Perform code reviews and ensure technical quality of deliveries;
Mentor squad developers;
Work closely with the Product Owner to define solutions;
Support future integrations with corporate systems and internal platforms;
Actively participate in technical decisions and product evolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field;
Experience in Full Stack development;
Experience with monorepo setups;
Experience with Node.js;
Experience with TypeScript;
Experience with React;
Experience with GraphQL;
Experience with PostgreSQL;
Experience leading teams or projects technically;
Experience in greenfield projects (0→1);
Experience with code review and code quality assurance;
Experience with automated testing;
Experience with CI/CD;
Proficient use of AI tools, specifically Cloud Code via terminal;
Availability to work on-site in São Paulo/SP.
