Customer Success Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ongoing customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service
- Monitor mentees' progress and identify risks of disengagement
- Update support and progress records in the CRM and internal tools
- Collect feedback and generate insights to improve products
- Collaborate with mentors to ensure an integrated experience
- Participate in internal alignment meetings
- Conduct consultative and empathetic customer interactions
- Support preparation for live and online sessions
- Assist with integrated initiatives involving the Product team and other departments
- Conduct onboarding for new clients
- Hold video calls for follow-up and alignment with clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer service/support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer onboarding and ongoing client follow-up
- Experience with CRM tools
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Velha, ES (Brazil)
