About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ongoing customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service
  • Monitor mentees' progress and identify risks of disengagement
  • Update support and progress records in the CRM and internal tools
  • Collect feedback and generate insights to improve products
  • Collaborate with mentors to ensure an integrated experience
  • Participate in internal alignment meetings
  • Conduct consultative and empathetic customer interactions
  • Support preparation for live and online sessions
  • Assist with integrated initiatives involving the Product team and other departments
  • Conduct onboarding for new clients
  • Hold video calls for follow-up and alignment with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer service/support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer onboarding and ongoing client follow-up
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vila Velha, ES (Brazil)
