About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the effective application of Scrum.
- Act to remove impediments and facilitate the team's workflow.
- Monitor and interpret agile metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time).
- Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead with prioritization and predictability.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Encourage continuous improvement and the evolution of agile maturity.
- Work with multiple teams when necessary, maintaining alignment across areas.
- Lead initiatives that improve processes and increase team efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with Scrum.
- Experience with Kanban.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience working with agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput).
- Additional agile certifications (KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.
- Prior experience in highly complex organizational environments is a plus.
- Experience with hybrid frameworks (Scrum + Kanban) is a plus.
- English proficiency is a plus.
