About the role

  • Design, implement and monitor HR policies and processes (recruitment & selection, individual development plans (PDP), employee climate, performance, culture)
  • Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of new talent
  • Develop and oversee training programs, performance evaluations and individual development plans (PDP)
  • Manage initiatives focused on employee climate, engagement and organizational culture
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in team structuring, conflict management and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and good compliance practices
  • Consolidate HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, absenteeism, headcount) and propose data-driven actions
  • Lead the development of the HR function, promoting innovation, scalability and alignment with institutional objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • Solid experience in strategic HR, preferably in high-growth companies or during organizational structuring
  • Specialization in People Management, Leadership, Coaching or related areas is desirable
  • Experience structuring HR processes: recruitment & selection, PDP, employee climate, performance evaluation, culture
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance
  • Familiarity with performance management tools and structured feedback systems
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, headcount, absenteeism)
  • Experience with HR systems and people management platforms
  • Certifications in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Copywriting or Social Media Metrics
  • Experience with digital product launches or Érico Rocha's "Product Launch Formula"
  • Previous experience creating engagement and conversion campaigns for B2B or accounting audiences
