About the role
- Personnel department routines: payroll processing, including hires, terminations, vacations, 13th-month pay and benefits administration.
- Apply knowledge of labor and social security legislation to ensure compliance with legal obligations and personnel processes.
- Work with mandatory reporting systems such as eSocial, EFD-Reinf and DCTFWeb, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Use Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, for calculation verification, preparation and generation of reports.
- Use the Domínio system to perform tasks.
Requirements
- College degree in progress or completed;
- Experience with personnel/payroll routines in an accounting firm;
- Experience working with eSocial, EFD-Reinf and DCTFWeb;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Vitória - ES;
- Knowledge of the Domínio system (advantage).
