About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You handle order processing and monitor orders through to on-time delivery.
- You process complaints and returns.
- You also create and process credit notes.
- You communicate with customers and customer service colleagues as well as with internal departments such as Sales and Supply Chain to clarify order details, occasionally in English.
- Handling customer-specific requirements includes scheduling appointments, managing customer portals, and processing customs clearance.
- Last but not least, you supervise interns and trainees in the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training
- 3 years' professional experience in Order Management desirable
- Strong Microsoft 365 (M365) skills
- Experience with the ERP system Oracle JDE is an advantage
- Ideally, good English language skills
