Grow the commercial pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients through CRM tools, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
Engage with prospective customers on behalf of WEP Clinical to introduce services and build relationships.
Evaluate new business opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support revenue growth and margin improvement.
Maintain and report on account status, leads, and results to the BD leadership team.
Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to prepare for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Represent WEP Clinical professionally at conferences, trade shows, and congresses, while identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management, Regulatory, Data, and PV teams to support campaigns and client solutions.
Support proposals, pricing, CRM updates, and BD team initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (in a Science, Business, Pharmaceutical, or Finance field preferred)
4-7 years business development or sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence and ability to reach out to cold opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
