About the role

  • Manage project setup, execution, and close-out per WEP Clinical SOPs and policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations in compliance with contracts, laws, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines (e.g., MS Project).
  • Serve as the primary client contact for project deliverables and concerns.
  • Provide cross-functional oversight, including monitoring, site management, data management, and regulatory activities.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks proactively.
  • Maintain shared project documents, eTMF, and CTMS systems.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings and teleconferences.
  • Manage vendor deliverables, site payments, and project budget.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on investigations, CAPAs, and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (in a health or science field preferred)
  • 3-6 years’ experience in project management or clinical research, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise
  • Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership and management skills
