About the role
- Provide high-quality nursing care directly in patients’ homes while supporting research studies.
- Use own vehicle to visit patients, typically within 1–2 hours of your location; travel time compensated.
- Work PRN / per diem shifts; orientation and training provided before assignments.
- Administer investigational medications/products and perform patient assessments; follow study protocols.
- Perform medical tests per protocol, process and ship specimens as required.
- Provide patient education and ensure understanding of medication dosage and administration.
- Adhere to clinical research policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Relevant Nurse Licensure
- CH-GCP Certificate
- Graduate from an accredited BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Minimum 2 years’ post qualification acute care experience
- Clinical Research experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Experience and knowledge of working in clinical research trials with ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification - (training can be provided)
- Good basic IT skills, utilizing mobile devices and Microsoft systems
- Trained in Handling and Transport of Hazardous Substances (training can be provided)
- A flexible schedule is essential
- Unencumbered driver’s license, reliable car
