About the role

  • Provide high-quality nursing care directly in patients’ homes while supporting research studies.
  • Use own vehicle to visit patients, typically within 1–2 hours of your location; travel time compensated.
  • Work PRN / per diem shifts; orientation and training provided before assignments.
  • Administer investigational medications/products and perform patient assessments; follow study protocols.
  • Perform medical tests per protocol, process and ship specimens as required.
  • Provide patient education and ensure understanding of medication dosage and administration.
  • Adhere to clinical research policies and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Relevant Nurse Licensure
  • CH-GCP Certificate
  • Graduate from an accredited BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
  • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification acute care experience
  • Clinical Research experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience and knowledge of working in clinical research trials with ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification - (training can be provided)
  • Good basic IT skills, utilizing mobile devices and Microsoft systems
  • Trained in Handling and Transport of Hazardous Substances (training can be provided)
  • A flexible schedule is essential
  • Unencumbered driver’s license, reliable car
