About the role
- Execute outbound prospecting cadences (lists, segmentation, outreach, and follow-ups)
- Qualify inbound leads and manage re-engagement of former clients using a consultative approach
- Maintain and evolve the CRM pipeline: data hygiene, stages, tasks, SLAs, and routing
- Create and monitor performance dashboards (activity, conversions, pipeline, productivity)
- Automate workflows and integrations (RD Station/CRM), supporting commercial team efficiency
- Document and standardize commercial processes (cadences, handoffs, operational playbooks)
- Support team organization with reporting routines and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM and commercial operations (pipeline, cadences, follow-up)
- Strong communication skills for direct contact with leads/clients and conducting qualification
- Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of consistent execution.
